1. Promoter
The promoter is OpenSports Pty Ltd (ABN: ABN 44 118 594 504), trading as OpenSports.com.au (“the Promoter”).

A total prize of $1,000 in Rebel Sport Gift Vouchers will be awarded to one (1) winning club/group.
The winning club/group will be determined as the club/group profile post that receives the highest number of Facebook likes/loves on the official OpenSports Australia Facebook page by 12:00 pm (AEST) on 20 December 2025.
To be eligible, the club/group must have completed a full and accurate free club/group profile on OpenSports.com.au
and be featured as part of the giveaway campaign.
🏆 Prize Athletes
Five (5) individual athletes will each receive one (1) $100 Rebel Sport Gift Voucher.
Athlete winners will be determined based on the five athlete profile posts that receive the highest number of Facebook likes/loves on the official OpenSports Australia Facebook page by 12:00 pm (AEST) on 20 December 2025.
To be eligible, each athlete must have completed a full and accurate free athlete profile on OpenSports.com.au
and be featured as part of the giveaway campaign.
3. General Prize Conditions
Rebel Sport Gift Vouchers are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
OpenSports Pty Ltd reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any club or athlete that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or has provided incomplete or inaccurate profile information.
Winners will be contacted via the email address associated with their OpenSports profile within seven (7) days of the competition closing date.
In the event of a tie, OpenSports Pty Ltd reserves the right to determine the winner through a random draw among tied entrants.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenSports Pty Ltd, its officers, employees, and agents are not responsible for and shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, participation in it, or acceptance or use of any prize.
The Promoter will not be liable for any technical malfunctions, lost entries, unauthorised access, or other errors that may occur during the competition.
10. Modification or Cancellation
The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition if it becomes technically corrupted, interfered with, or otherwise not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated.
If the competition is cancelled, the Promoter is not obliged to award any prizes.
11. Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
